Terms of Service

Terms for This Site

By using bonalab.ai, you agree to the terms below. If you're deploying the BonaLab platform at your institution, that's governed by the signed agreement between your organization and BonaLab, not by this page; where the two differ, your agreement controls.

The BonaLab platform is owned and operated by Tech & Artery (PTY) Ltd. "BonaLab", "we", "us", and "our" below refer to that company.

Use of This Site

This site is provided to describe the BonaLab platform, publish our own writing, and let you request a demo or get in touch. You may browse it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to misrepresent an affiliation with BonaLab that doesn't exist.

Anything you submit through a form on this site (a demo request, a message, a consent opt-in) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Our content

The text, design, and branding on this site belong to BonaLab. You're welcome to reference and link to it; reproducing it wholesale elsewhere isn't licensed by these terms.

Your data and models

Nothing on this site, and nothing in these terms, gives BonaLab any claim over data, annotations, or models produced on a deployed instance. As set out on Data Privacy & Compliance, models trained on your data belong to your institution.

Disclaimers & Liability

This site is informational. Nothing on it (including the insights articles) is medical, legal, or regulatory advice, and nothing here constitutes an offer of the platform under specific commercial terms; those are set out in a signed agreement.

The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BonaLab isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site; this doesn't limit any warranty or liability terms in a signed platform agreement, which govern that relationship instead.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this page as the site changes. The date below reflects the last revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
