What We Collect

Demo requests and enquiries

When you book a demo or write to us, we keep what you submit (name, work email, and any message) so we can reply and follow up. We use it for that, and nothing else.

Marketing consent records

If you opt in on the Keep in touch page, we record the address, the timestamp, the route it came through, and the exact wording of the notice you were shown, so that if you ever ask what you agreed to, we can show you rather than describe it. We only email you about our product if this record exists and is confirmed.

Page views

We measure this site ourselves, without cookies and without any third party. No identifier is stored on your device and nothing here can recognise you on a later visit. We count page views, not people. The one thing local storage on this site does hold is whether you've already dismissed the cookie notice, so we don't show it to you twice.

What We Don't Do

Sell or rent your information to anyone, for any reason.

Run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site.

Email you about our product without a confirmed, on-record opt-in.

Share demo or enquiry details outside the team that's helping you.

Your Rights

Whatever we hold on you from a form submission or a consent record, you can ask to see, correct, or have deleted. If you opted in to hear from us, every message carries a one-click withdrawal link, and withdrawing is permanent: a corrected preference, not a record we quietly keep and ignore.
